Yikes! I'm back up to 178 lbs. Dropping weight early this year for my marathon target, I had gotten down to 170 lbs. Then I started free-feeding leading up to the race, and I think I raced at about 174. Unfortunately, the free-feeding has continued and perhaps intensified. Time to stop. Target weight is 170.
HHmm...I know how that goes! I had gotten down to 163 post baby and training for the 1/2 in May. After which I slacked on my running for a "break" and am up to 168. Def time to get back to my goals and my weight back down! Hang in there. I hear it gets easier :)
